The Complete User Agreement
for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "Account Holder", "User") and jeto999 ("jeto999", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). By accessing any part of the jeto999 platform at jeto999.com, creating a jeto999 account, placing a bet, participating in any casino game, or accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jeto999 platform and close your account by contacting the jeto999 support team via WhatsApp at @jeto999support or Telegram at @jeto999official.

2. Eligibility

Use of the jeto999 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. jeto999 enforces strict age verification at account registration and at any point during the account lifecycle where age documentation is requested.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will when placing bets or participating in casino games on the jeto999 platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion from the jeto999 platform that is currently in effect. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion — including registering a new account under a different name or mobile number — constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
• Not a jeto999 Employee: Employees, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of jeto999 operational staff are not eligible to hold active betting accounts on the jeto999 platform.

jeto999 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Accounts where verification cannot be completed to jeto999's satisfaction will be suspended pending the outcome of the verification process.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a jeto999 account, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number, a date of birth confirming you are at least 18 years of age, and any additional identity information requested by jeto999 during the registration process. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active jeto999 account at any given time. jeto999 actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeto999 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, void all pending bets and casino activity, and withhold any balance including deposits pending investigation.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeto999 login credentials — your registered mobile number and your password. You must not share your jeto999 account credentials with any other person. jeto999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You must notify jeto999 promptly if any of your registered account information changes — including your mobile number. Notification should be made via the jeto999 support channels: WhatsApp (@jeto999support) or Telegram (@jeto999official).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted PKR Payment Methods

jeto999 accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa mobile wallet, JazzCash mobile wallet, Raast bank transfer, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency (converted to PKR equivalent at point of deposit). Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at jeto999's discretion.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, and any applicable maximum limits, are displayed to the account holder within the jeto999 account dashboard at the time of initiating any transaction. jeto999 reserves the right to update these limits with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Standard PKR withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within ten (10) minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and MCB are processed within one (1) business day. jeto999 may require additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding defined threshold amounts, which are disclosed within the account dashboard.

4.4 Funds Belonging to the Account Holder

By depositing funds into your jeto999 account, you confirm that the PKR funds being deposited are your own lawfully obtained funds and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. jeto999 cooperates fully with relevant Pakistani financial authorities and law enforcement agencies where suspicious transaction activity is identified.

4.5 Inactive Account Fees

A jeto999 account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of 200 PKR will be applied to inactive accounts until the account balance reaches zero or the account holder resumes activity. jeto999 will send notifications to the account holder's registered mobile number prior to and during the inactive account fee period.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the jeto999 platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the account holder's responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake amount in PKR, and odds — before confirming a bet. jeto999 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of user error except in cases of a demonstrable technical fault on the jeto999 platform.

5.2 Odds and Markets

jeto999 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or amend any betting market at any time. In the event that a bet is accepted on odds that jeto999 can demonstrate were published in error due to a pricing fault, jeto999 reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked PKR amount to the account holder's balance without interest.

5.3 Result Verification

The result of all sports betting markets on jeto999 is determined by the official result declared by the relevant sporting body. In cases of dispute regarding the official result, jeto999's decision is final and binding, made in good faith based on the best available information from official sources at the time of settlement.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

jeto999 applies a maximum single-event payout limit across all sports markets. The applicable maximum payout amount for each sport and market type is displayed within the jeto999 sportsbook interface. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum will be settled at the maximum payout amount only.

6. Casino & Slots

All jeto999 Casino live dealer games and Jackpot Slots titles are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The rules, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and mathematical parameters for each game are governed by the rules of the respective game supplier, which are accessible from within the game interface on the jeto999 platform.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, jeto999's system logs will determine the outcome of any unsettled game rounds. Where the system log is inconclusive, jeto999 will credit the account holder's PKR balance with the original stake amount for the affected game round. This is the account holder's sole remedy in the event of a disconnection during casino gameplay.

Progressive jackpot amounts displayed within the jeto999 Jackpot Slots section reflect the current jackpot value at the time of display and are subject to continuous change. Jackpot wins are verified by the game supplier's certified system before being credited to the account holder's PKR balance.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers and promotions made available to jeto999 account holders are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts in PKR, wagering requirements (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount), eligible games, time limits for fulfilment, and maximum cashout amounts. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement by reference.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

jeto999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies to fulfil bonus wagering requirements, and coordinated abuse between multiple account holders. Where bonus abuse is identified, jeto999 reserves the right to cancel all associated bonus balances, void winnings derived from bonus funds, and close the affected accounts.

7.3 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn from a jeto999 account until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full. Withdrawing a PKR deposit balance while an active bonus is attached to the account will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the wagering requirement.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeto999 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with any part of the jeto999 platform without prior written consent from jeto999.
• Accessing the jeto999 platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology intended to disguise the account holder's actual geographic location within Pakistan.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity corruption in connection with betting markets on the jeto999 platform.
• Using the jeto999 platform for money laundering or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game, including live dealer games, to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the jeto999 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jeto999.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or in any communication with the jeto999 support team.

jeto999 reserves the right to permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, void all outstanding bets and casino activity, retain any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant Pakistani law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jeto999 platform — including but not limited to brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, odds data, editorial content, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of jeto999 or its licensed content suppliers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from jeto999.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeto999's total liability to any account holder for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the jeto999 platform shall be limited to the PKR amount deposited by the account holder into their jeto999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeto999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from the use of or inability to use the jeto999 platform, even if jeto999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Responsible Gaming

jeto999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Pakistan. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all account holders from within their jeto999 account dashboard at no charge:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount of PKR you can deposit into your jeto999 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Set reminders at defined intervals during a gaming session to encourage periodic breaks from play.
• Cool-Down Period: Temporarily suspend your jeto999 account for a defined period — available in increments of 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days — without permanently closing the account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all jeto999 products. A self-exclusion is irrevocable during the exclusion period selected. 12. Account Closure

Account holders may close their jeto999 account at any time by contacting the jeto999 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified PKR balance (less any applicable bonus-linked restrictions) will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's nominated PKR payment method within five (5) business days.

jeto999 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: a breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or extended account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) months.

13. Privacy

jeto999 collects and processes personal data from Pakistani account holders in accordance with the jeto999 Privacy Policy, which is published at jeto999.com/privacy-policy and forms part of this Agreement by reference. By creating a jeto999 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jeto999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to account holders via their registered Pakistani mobile number and will take effect fourteen (14) days after notification. Continued use of the jeto999 platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The current version of the jeto999 Terms & Conditions is always accessible at jeto999.com/terms-and-conditions. Account holders are responsible for reviewing the current terms periodically. The version number and last-updated date at the top of this document indicate the current version in effect.
